After my annual pilgrimage last summer to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I was ready to attempt something new. I enrolled in a seminar that teaches how to become a public relations and marketing specialist. Not knowing for sure what opportunities would open up next for me, I figured that knowing how to do my own PR and marketing would definitely help regardless.
The information I received at the seminar was worthwhile, but one contact there changed the direction of my career. I met a young lady, Valerie Mills. Val is heavily involved with computer forensics. Something I had never even heard about. I found it fascinating! Likewise, Val found my trial consulting business fascinating. She mentioned that no one in the computer forensic industry has ever thought about joining the two together.

Intellectual Property (often just called “IP”) is a general term covering patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, geographical indications and in some countries the concept of “unfair competition”. It is, as the name suggests, the intangible personal property arising from intellectual creation. Since intangible, owner of intellectual property cannot build a fence around it as with real estate or place it in a bank locker as with valuables. To address the situation, governments have created a variety of forms of intellectual property protection.
Types of Intellectual Property Protection
Some of the more common types of intellectual property protection are Patents, Trade Marks, Designs, Copyrights and Geographical Indications.

In my article “Pets Are Big Business,” I discuss the trends that make pet products and services such a great opportunity for entrepreneurs: America is a nation of animal lovers, and pets are the new status symbols; a well cared-for pet is a sign of achievement.
Not only do we have more pets per household then ever before; additional trends in pet demographics create new niches for pet products and services. In particular, “senior pets” are carving out a niche of their own. Consider:
–Pets are living longer than ever before. This is a self-perpetuating cycle: pets receive better care; they live longer; older pets require specialized products and services.

One of the lesser known Id theft sources comes from none other than your credit card company , and to make matters worse Visa fines processing companies for breaches of security instead of helping them secure their data.
Most larger companies are indeed secure however a security breach can happen to even the most secure of companies, you can never be completely safe from Identity theft, and you certainly don’t want your good credit at risk.

Even the benefit of increased R&D because the disease also affects developed countries may not accrue to the people in developing countries because some strains of HIV/ AIDS in Africa are different from those on developed countries and as the developing countries are not worth investing in, there may still not be access.

Becoming more and more popular as a pet, the chinchilla, with its timid and gentle nature, big black eyes, large round ears, long whiskers, long bushy tail and the finest and densest fur of any animal in the World is often described as the nearest thing to a real life cuddly toy.
Chinchillas make ideal pets, they are very clean, rarely bite unless frightened and with a little effort and patience are easy to tame. They are also hardy and quite simple to care for provided a few basic rules are followed, the most important of which is correct diet.
In the wild chinchillas are ground dwelling animals living in crevices in rocks and belong to the group of animals known as ‘rock hoppers’.
